 ■  Guest Information
Payment is accepted by credit card in advance only.
We may contact you by SMS, so please register your mobile phone number when making your reservation.
Bed making for linens is self-service.

■ Entering Credit Card Information
On the credit card information page, you can choose to enter either your mobile number or your email address. Please select “Email address” and enter it. If you choose mobile number, enter your phone number after the country “+code” (omit the first 0).

■ Important: Email Address Accuracy
If your email address is entered incorrectly, you will not receive the information email and will be unable to access your guest page or check in. If you do not receive a confirmation email after booking, please contact us via the “Contact” section at the bottom of our website.

■ Security Cameras
Security cameras are installed throughout the premises for safety. Please note that staying with more guests than the number booked is not allowed. If we find that the number of guests exceeds the reservation, an additional fee will be charged.

■ Meals
Meals are provided by “Cuisine Kahei.” Cooking inside the facility is not permitted. Please use a meal-included plan or take-out option.
